Veritas amplifiers can sense when a ControlCenter CC-1 (level control only) or CC-2 (level + A/B source selector) is connected.

By default, the amplifier will revert to Input B as the selected source when a CC-1 is connected. You can change this setting in the Settings menu.

Issue

No sound after connecting one or more CC-1s.

1. Go to Settings by pressing and holding the front panel encoder wheel for 3 seconds.

2. Scroll to Src Sel and chose Front. Now you can use the front panel source switch to select Input A or Input B.

Alternately, if you only have 1 audio source, you can move this to Input B, and this will remain the only selectable source.
