Issue
In some rare cases, a CSP-1248 or CSP-428 processor can block access to the Configuration Utility (Web UI). When this happens, the unit likely needs a factory reset. This is usually not possible to reset without the Web UI working, so we have a workaround that can be performed.
Solution
