This article describes how to connect a FreeSpace 360P to a low impedance amplifier by bypassing its internal transformer. This will be an 8 ohm load when wired this way.

Procedure

From the amplifier to the speaker, connect the positive (+) speaker wire to the White (XFRM) cable. Connect the negative (-) speaker wire to the Black (COM) cable. 

Cap off all unused wires. 

When the FreeSpace 360P is connected in the low impedance configuration it will have an 8-Ohm nominal impedance and be rated at 65-Watts RMS and 260-Watts Peak.
