Resolution
Move the control knob or press it. Once it has a selection, it will continue to display the currently selected Parameter Set until next time the system is power cycled.
(Interaction forces the CC-64 to try to sync with the DSP again)
A Workaround can be a sequential Power On Management with a Timer for the CC-64. Include a 60 seconds delay between the powering on of the DSP powering the CC-64. When the CC-64 starts 60 seconds or more after the DSP it is able to sync and can now show direct the selected Parameter Set.
Why did this happen?
The CC-64's boot time is much faster than the boot time of a processor, therefore the CC-64 is ready and cannot sync with the DSP because the DSP is still booting.
