• USB Error causes random disconnects when installed 
• Root cause is the compatibility of the EX-UH with certain Intel processors

Scope: Customers may experience USB errors, Protocol Errors, and/or random disconnects (in any part of the system) that have an EX-UH installed.

EX-UH drops connection. EP-UH Driver Fails.
