Procedure

ShowMatch array loudspeakers can be powered either independently or in parallel pairs.

Independent Loudspeakers

For independent loudspeakers use a pair of PowerMatch output channels in V-Bridge (LO-Z) mode for the LF (low frequency) section of the loudspeaker and a Mono (LO-Z) channel for the HF (high frequency) section.

Note that the input NL4 connector on the ShowMatch loudspeakers are wired with LF on 1+/- and HF on 2+/-.

The example below details wiring of a 4-box ShowMatch Array.

Parallel Pairs of Loudspeakers

For parallel pairs of loudspeakers use four PowerMatch output channels in Quad (LO-Z) mode for the LF (low frequency) section of two loudspeakers and use a pair of output channels in V-Bridge (LO-Z) mode for the HF (high frequency) section. The two NL4 connectors on the ShowMatch loudspeakers are wired in parallel. Connect a 4-conductor cable from the first box to the second box to wire in parallel.

Note that the input NL4 connector on the ShowMatch loudspeakers are wired with LF on 1+/- and HF on 2+/-.

SMS118 Subwoofers

For SMS118 subwoofers use four PowerMatch output channels in Quad (LO-Z) mode for each subwoofer.
